Our Story

Mehar Organic is a Organic brand that is authentic to their customers in providing only organically grown food and compressed oil related items. This prestigious venture has been started by the three agriculturist brothers Mehar Shahid Mehmood, Mehar Abdul Shakoor and Mehar Muhammad Farooq in the year 2005 with a dream of working for betterment of the farming community and industry at the city of flowers Pattoki. In the year 2007, the venture started expanding their reach for encouraging and helping farmers in obtaining the methods of organic farming. Seeing their efforts taking the success road, the brothers put their foot down by making a commercial establishment in the year 2010. They started getting more involved in B2B, and F&V markets. In the year 2015, they took a bigger step by entering the B2C market and that is how the venture gained the valued customers across the nation.

What We Do

We work with small family-owned farms from all over the Pakistan that offer a variety of organically grown food. We put much emphasis on the importance of staying organic within our farming practices. Our integrated approach uses education and training to encourage responsible production as well as paying farmers above market standards (a premium) so that they’re able to maintain a high level of agricultural quality within their practices. This helps us ensure pesticides stay out of our product supply chain and also makes healthier options available for everyone.

We’re committed to helping farmers and communities by providing them with a long-term livelihood for them to rely on, as well as providing you with delicious and healthy products.

Our Farmers

We are proud to work with our farmers who aren't just suppliers for us but also like a big family. Farmer Base and our backend team members are constantly in touch with them whether it's by phone, or even in person so that we can learn more about our farmers' needs and concerns related to their finances and business operations. Since Organic Farming is not as easy as conventional farming, we train them through various programs on how better to care for their crops and ensure greater yields. We do this because we want our farmers to be protected from anything harmful entering their food supply. Our Field staff transfers the know-how technology of Organic Farming, and its steps and further analyzes the fields, soil, and climate, and suggests to them the best crops, seeds, and inputs as per the ecological assessment. In the 5-year conversion process of converting a conventional farm to a certified organic, our assistance helps to ease this transition for them too as they become more knowledgeable on the subject of organic farming methods.
